Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time you like. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.

We offer both monthly and annual billing. Your subscription will be renewed at the end of each month or each year. If you choose to pay annually, you'll save 15% compared to paying monthly.

We secure all information on our platform using SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption – the strongest on the market. Our payments structure is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is ultra secure.

Supazaar seamlessly facilitates two part payments. We capture the payment due now from the customer at checkout and then auto-schedule the balance due payment to be captured 30 days before the hire start date. This action and payment % split is governed by the Payment Policy you select on your account.

Supazaar's payment system is designed to make transferring money between customers and suppliers as simple and reliable as possible. To submit a booking order, customers are required to pay through our integrated payment system. This helps ensure that both parties are protected under our Terms of Service, cancellation policies etc.

Supazaar absorbs transaction charges in its commission fee on total order value. Delivery charges are processed as separate transactions so as not to be subject to our commission rates. Delivery charges are subject to a payment processing fee of 1.4% + 20p.
