• The goods remain the property of Decorative Branches at all times during the hire period.
• Successful collection at the end of the hire period is dependent on the hired items remaining at the given order location delivered to by our courier. Under no circumstances must they be moved to another address without our expressed consent.
• Should we be unable to fulfil a confirmed booking through no fault of our own, then full payment stands and no refund will be given.

• We do not invite nor will we accept payment or order submission over the phone for our rental items.
• Before submitting your order, we strongly advise that you read our delivery information. As we use a courier service for delivery, it is essential you order in good time to be able to receive the goods when you need them.
• Prior to ordering, should you be unsure of any aspect of the proposed rental, be that product or delivery, or should you have a specific or special request that we would reasonably assume to need to have knowledge of in order to be able to confirm your booking, you should either contact Supazaar Support or alternatively email us directly via any of our Supazaar listing pages to submit your enquiry.

• The hire period commences on the stipulated hire start date until and inclusive of the agreed date of return.
• It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure delivery / collection arrangements are adhered to.
• We ask that you take loving care of our plants during the rental period. Do not place them in damp or wet areas, or in areas where they are exposed to adverse weather conditions or likely to get damaged.

• We use a reputable courier service to deliver and collect all rental items as per the hire agreement, on the specified dates and location.

• All deliveries will be dispatched two days before hire start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All deliveries will be tracked and insured.
• We do not to offer a Wet hire delivery service.
• Ground floor delivery and collection only.
• Should the hirer or venue prevent our courier from collecting any or all of the hired items on the day specified, we reserve the right to charge for any additional hire period, losses, expenses, waiting time and all additional costs in order to recollect.
• We advise great care is taken when opening the boxes the plants are supplied in as these will need to be reused to send the plant(s) back in. Please cut any tape or strapping with a knife and do not tear the boxes.

• Make sure all rental items are ready for collection by 9am the next working day after the hire end date.
• Should you need an earlier collection e.g. the hire end date itself, simply let us know either before or after submitting your order as agreement needs to be in place and the courier booked for that preferred date.
• Should you need a Saturday collection, please enquire before submitting your order. N.B. Sunday collection is not possible.
• Prior to collection, repack and seal the plants in the original packaging in which they arrived and attach the provided return label. Don’t worry about plastic strapping that may have been used on the initial delivery, but please make sure that the boxes are securely sealed in a way they can be transported by our courier safely.
• Larger orders will be delivered by pallet. The pallet must be retained, securely stored and re-used for holding the re-packaged goods for safe and secure transportation on collection.

• Available off/on loading parking space or loading bay in reasonable proximity to the delivery address.
• Delivery and collection slots and any necessary passes for secure venues e.g. Exhibition Centres, must be organised and made available.
• The hirer must inform us of any difficulties regarding access and get agreement from us, ideally prior to booking.

• Any desired decoration on any of our items must be agreed at time of hire.
• With prior agreement, the hirer may decorate plants hired to them with acceptable materials and /or lighting.
• Please ensure all decorations are removed from the hired plants prior to collection.
• Agreement to decorate does not remove or undermine liability for damage should any occur during the rental in the hirer’s care.
• Under no circumstances are any of our rental items to be painted, sprinkled in glitter or any difficult to remove substance or laden with any weighty objects that could conceivably bend or irreversibly distort the shape of the item.

• The named ‘hiring’ customer is responsible for all items hired under this agreement from the point of delivery to the hirer until end of the hire period, whereby all items hired are safely collected and or, returned to us.
• If the packaging containing the hired goods has been evidently damaged in transit it is important that these goods are signed for as ‘damaged or unchecked’. We recommend you let us know this is how the goods were received as early as possible. Check the items on opening the packaging to see if any further damage has occurred and if there is evidence we advise you to document this immediately.
• Upon receiving the returned item(s) in the original packaging, they will be quality control checked that they are suitable for hire resale.

• Security deposits are not included in the total cost of a rental but are held as a stated value against your payment method.
• No charges or authorisations will be made to your payment method unless we need to make a claim.
• At the end of the hire period, should you fail to return or lose all or any of the items or return damaged rental items, we will make a claim to recoup the value of the item(s) in part or in total.
• We have 48 hours after the return date to make a claim on the security deposit and you will be notified within this time before we do so to discuss the issue at hand.

• We strongly recommend you have insurance in place, covering collection to return dates.
• The Customer assumes all responsibilities & liabilities once hired items have left our premises, until they are returned to us.
• The Customer undertakes all safety measures for hired items in compliance with safety & fire regulations. It is essential Health & Safety practice to keep all items away from heat sources.
• Alteration to any of our hire items is strictly prohibited.

• The hirer agrees that, once the courier representing Treelocate (Europe) Limited t/a Decorative Branches has offloaded our rental items, responsibility for Public Liability becomes The Hirers. Public Liability needs be in force for the duration of the event until Decorative Branches has collected the hire items.
